Jeremy Grant and Brad Bell bring over 35 years of combined experience in real estate, banking, mortgage lending, and construction to their partnership. They work with buyers and sellers at all price points and life stages—from first-time purchases to luxury waterfront estates, investment properties to downsizing moves.
While their focus centers on Downtown St. Pete and the city's core neighborhoods, they serve clients throughout Tampa Bay. Their track record spans waterfront homes, high-rise condos, new construction, and historic properties. With every client, they listen first, deliver value, and exceed expectations with professionalism and integrity.
Jeremy and Brad love introducing friends and newcomers to their adopted hometown's remarkable mix of arts, culture, dining, and nightlife. Jeremy came to Florida via Colorado, West Texas, Omaha, and Detroit, bringing experience in banking business development and lending. He holds degrees from Colby College and Union Theological Seminary, volunteers with Downtown Rotary Club, and stays active with fitness, pickleball, boating, and paddleboarding.
Brad is a Louisville native who has worked in Detroit, Raleigh, and Newport News. Before working as an Associate Broker in Michigan, he led a specialty construction financing business within a public company. He earned his MBA from Wayne State University and BA from Wittenberg University. His hobbies include cycling, boating, pickleball and he volunteers weekly with St Pete Free Clinic's food program.
Together, they're proud parents to six adult children across the US and love when family and friends visit to experience all that Tampa Bay offers.
