About Brad

Jeremy Grant and Brad Bell work as a team and bring over 35 years of combined experience in real estate, banking, mortgage lending and construction. They work with both Buyers and Sellers at all price ranges and at any life stage from first-time purchase, work relocation, second home, investment, as well as downsizing. While the core of their business is focused on Downtown St Pete and St Pete’s many amazing neighborhoods, Jeremy and Brad work with clients throughout the Tampa Bay area. 

 

They have a proven track record listing and selling a wide range of properties from waterfront homes, to high-rise condos and new construction, to historic houses. With all clients, they focus on always exceeding expectations with professionalism and integrity. Jeremy and Brad love to share their adopted hometown to visiting friends and clients new to the area. They enjoy the amazing mix of arts, eclectic culture, vibrant dining and nightlife all available in the Sunshine City. 

 

Before moving to St. Petersburg, Jeremy worked for Flagstar Bank and Comerica Bank in business development and lending, management, and consumer financing. Brad was an Associate Broker with a national franchise real estate firm in Michigan. Previously, Brad was an executive at Raleigh-based Stock Building Supply, running its construction financing division that provided commercial loans to builders and developers across the country as well as overseeing a national joint venture to originate consumer mortgages. Jeremy enjoys life in the Sunshine City with time in the pool, boating and visiting our fabulous Gulf beaches. He is a member of the Downtown Rotary Club where he enjoys volunteering to give back to our local community through service projects and supporting Rotary’s larger global initiatives. Jeremy is dedicated to his fitness practice, time with friends and exploring Florida and beyond! Pickleball, shuffleboard and paddle boarding are some of his favorite new Florida pastimes. Brad’s personal passions include time outdoors enjoying the Gulf Coast, local Florida ecology, meditation, and hands-on community service. 

 

Brad volunteers weekly with a food program through St Pete Free Clinic and enjoys periodic clean-up days with Keep Pinellas Beautiful, so our community looks its best. Previously, he served on the board of Affirmations, Michigan’s largest LGBT organization in addition to many years of volunteer work through schools and faith organizations. Jeremy graduated from Colby College in Waterville, ME, and also has a MDiv from Union Theological Seminary in Richmond, VA. He grew up in Colorado and has lived in West Texas, Omaha and Detroit before coming to Florida, fulfilling a dream for a more tropical locale. 

 

Brad holds an MBA in Financing and Accounting from Wayne State University in Detroit and a BA from Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH. A native of Louisville, KY, he has worked in Detroit, Raleigh and Newport News, VA, but has always had a passion for the Florida lifestyle. 

 

Jeremy and Brad have six adult-age children and one grandchild scattered across the US. They love when family can visit and enjoy all that Tampa Bay has to offer.
