About Jeremy Grant & Brad Bell
Jeremy Grant and Brad Bell work as a team and together bring almost 30 years of combined experience in real estate, banking, mortgage lending, and construction. They work with both Buyers and Sellers at all price ranges and at any life stage from first-time purchase, work relocation, second home, investment, as well as downsizing. With all clients, they focus on always exceeding expectations with professionalism and integrity. Before moving to St. Petersburg, Jeremy worked for Flagstar Bank and Comerica Bank in business development and lending, management, and consumer financing. Brad was an Associate Broker with Sine & Monaghan Realtors in metro Detroit for seven years, where he averaged over 25 transactions per year. Previously, Brad was a Vice President at Raleigh-based Stock Building Supply, running its construction financing division that provided commercial loans to builders and developers in 27 metropolitan markets throughout the U.S. He also oversaw a national joint venture to originate consumer mortgages. Jeremy is devoted to his practice of yoga and has enjoyed participating in a large men’s chorus. His interests include cooking, travel, the outdoors and nature, and fine arts of all sorts. Jeremy has taken leadership positions in LGBTQ employee resource groups, recreational sports organizations, and faith groups. Brad’s personal passions include the environment, visual and performing arts, and community service. Brad previously served on the board of Affirmations, Michigan’s largest LGBT organization in addition to many years of volunteer work through schools and faith organizations. Jeremy graduated from Colby College in Waterville, ME, and also has a MDiv from Union Theological Seminary in Richmond, VA. He grew up in Colorado and has lived in West Texas, Omaha, and Detroit before coming to Florida, fulfilling a dream for a more tropical locale. Brad holds an MBA in Financing and Accounting from Wayne State University in Detroit and a BA from Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH. A native of Louisville, KY, he has worked in Detroit, Raleigh, and Newport News, VA, but has always had a passion for the Florida lifestyle. Jeremy and Brad have six adult-age children scattered across the US. They love when they can visit and enjoy all that Tampa Bay has to offer.
